HCST office is staffed during week-day (monday – friday) business hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm, Eastern Time, except holidays. During normal business hours, all client calls will be addressed by our technical staff in priority order.
Outside business hours, on-call technical support is available only to contracted Managed Services clients. Other clients will be addressed during the next business day.
The following holidays are observed by HCST. On the below-listed holidays, technical support is available as described above for “outside normal business hours”.
