HCST tracks all work requests through Autotask. If you have an account on our ticketing system, you may log in here for complete access to your work tickets. You may request a client portal login if you don’t have one.
You may also email firstname.lastname@example.org to create a ticket.
Please note, it is important to use the email response you receive, with a ticket number for all communication on the same topic. This ensures all communication is recorded properly and available to our support technicians.
