HCST was founded in 1991 to provide “computer support” services to businesses and organizations. Even back then, before the term “Managed Services” became a common term, HCST was proving more “proactive”services for our clients by using detailed monitoring applications to detect issues (primary Internet acces) for our clients.
Since that time, we’ve continued to use the latest best practices, the most experienced and personabe technicians, and reasonable pricing to provide a full-range of services for our clients — primarily (but not exclusively) in the greater Miami Valley (Dayton and Springfield Ohio), and now (as of July 2021) in the Grand Strand area (Myrtle Beach, Pawleys Island, Murrels Inlet and Georgetown) of South Carolina.
At the same time, we’ve expanded our services to include those services our clients most ask for, and enhance our ability to be the “single source” for anything IT related.
We encourage our Managed Services for the majority of our clients, in order to provide the most reliable, efficient computer systems supporting your business. For many other clients, our “break-fix” or “reactive” services meet your needs. In either case, we’ll provide the best mix of services to meet your needs.
